I've been looking around For Hip Hop Pow and I got a hip hop pow WOW!

Pow wow is a assembly/some sort of public "party" which originally means to be a spiritual meeting (powwaw or powwow is a "spiritual leader" at the Narragansett culture)

Anyway this pau wau Pow-Wow is got to do with North America's Native people (People used the term to depict a gathering of Native Americans tribe - from any kind).

So, as a hip hop side, you probably more into check the hip hop side of the story: well, All I know is that that people had filmed some dancing pow wow hip hop style, and some of the hip hop pow wow dancers videos are online. there is even a hip hop pow wow remix which is some sort of video of girl dancing a pow wow sort of dance to some other music than the original.
